The venue was pleasant, I loved the stay and the location was magnificent near Divone centre, the train station of Coppet in Switzerland and nature. The staff were amiable and amazingly nice too. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

I stayed at a hotel just behind the Grand Hotel, surrounded by trees and very calm. My one-bedroom apartment with a balcony was perfect. The room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette and a clean bathroom. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making sure any problems were fixed promptly. The location was great, less than a 15-minute walk to the town.

Can't fault anything about it! 😊

Aparthotels are so much nicer when you travel a lot for business. Allows you to keep / stick to a food regime much easier than in hotels / restaurants/.

Convenient location just a short walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and have everything you need like a balcony and a nice shower. They serve a good variety of breakfast items. 🌟

We had the superior queen studio provided with the bedroom, balcony, as for instance. We had coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator, and kitchenware...

The studio was spacious and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. the hotel had plenty of parking spaces available, which made it convenient for us as we were traveling by car. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and other amenities. We also appreciated the green areas around the block, as they provided a nice place for our dog to do her business without having to go far.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. we encountered issues when it came to paying with our card.

its location and in particular the quietness

I had booked a superieur studio with balcony; I therefore expected a small terrace. My room contained a kitchenette and a "balcony" stuck to the window. The description on the website was therefore misleading.

Nice location

The hotel has 2 buildings linked by internal corridor with stairs. If you stay in the second building you can avoid the stairs going around the building outside. The second building has no lift !!!! I had to go up with 30 kilos of luggage plus the connection stairs between the 2 builds.There's no indication of a second building inside the hotel. I arrived late and felt trapped with nobody to help.

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a warm and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with ramps and elevators available to ensure ease of movement throughout the premises.

I would have appreciated if the staff could be a little more attentive and considerate towards the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice if they could provide additional assistance or offer special services tailored to the comfort and convenience of older individuals.

Sauna/Spa is not part of the hotel and the opening times should be better displayed if the hotel advertises itself as a spa-hotel.

Nice location, close to nature, friendly staff, if somewhat too relaxed, seem unbothered about service...recommendation on price for tourists, not for business travellers! Free parking

Very uninspiring feel to room, hotel/ ground floor in shaded location, no shower curtains so a lenghty bath as opposed to a quick shower in the morning. First time I asked for late checkout and didnt get it!

Spacious room that's all good, and has a fridge, electric kettle, and microwave oven for your convenience! 🍴

The location was peaceful and stunning, at a short distance from a scenic lake. Exceptional service from the very very helpful and incredibly nice staff that we interacted with.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel-residences in Divonne-les-Bains. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was centrally located and close to the A1 highway, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing useful instructions. They made me feel welcome and showed genuine concern for my needs. The rooms, though basic, were clean and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The comfortable beds and ample hot water in the bathroom were much appreciated. Considering the affordable price, the value for money was exceptional.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great. There was nothing that I believe could be improved.
